DESIGNER NOTES
Off-the-shoulder short dress with an elastic neckline and full billowy sleeves finished in a high-low waterfall hem. This dress consumes 12 meters of hand-dyed 100% cotton voile fabric and takes 15 hours of sewing time to create the voluminous effect of the multiple cascading tiers.

We hand dye some of our fabrics while others have different fabric compositions, which results in dyes never being exactly the same.
