Shipping Info:

All orders will be processed in 7-10 Business Days (excluding weekends), and shipping will proceed in 7-12 days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with all the tracking information for your order.

Returns:

ALL SALE Items & Items bought during SALE EVENT or with a DISCOUNT CODE are FINAL SALE. Strictly no returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Only full-priced items can be returned. All returns must be requested within 5 days of receipt of goods.

All items must be in their original condition, meaning that:

The tags are still intact;
The items are in their original packaging; and
The items have not been worn, altered, damaged, or washed

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be accepted at the sole discretion of Erika Peña.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
