DESIGNER NOTE
Cape-style short dress with dolman sleeves with an adjustable cinched waistline. This dress is cut on the bias and consumes 8 meters of hand-dyed 100% rayon blend fabric and takes 10 hours sewing time to create the high-low silhouette. Finished with French seams.
