Apron-style maxi dress with ruffled shoulders and adjustable tie back. This dress  consumes 5 meters of hand-dyed 100% cotton voile fabric and takes 15 hours sewing time to create the voluminous effect of the cascading tiers.  

Model is 5 years old wearing size 2.  BELTS SOLD SEPARATELY.
