Off the shoulder ruffled maxi dress. This dress is cut on the bias and consumes 7 meters of hand-dyed 100% cotton voile fabric and takes 15 hours sewing time to create the voluminous effect of the cascading tiers.
Model is 5 years old wearing size 2. BELTS SOLD SEPARATELY.
