Off-the-shoulder maxi dress with elastic neckline and full billowy structured sleeves lined with crinoline. A tassel belt accentuates the waist and is finished with a ruffle lined with crinoline to hold the shape and structure This dress consumes 25 meters of hand-dyed 100% Silk Taffeta fabric, finished with French seams and takes 20 hours of sewing time to create the voluminous effect of the multiple cascading tiers.
