Lightweight georgette flowing dress featuring a deep V plunge neckline, cascading double-tiered ruffle hems, and a dramatic high-low silhouette that is short in the front and long in the back. Finished with voluminous Stevie Nicks–inspired sleeves detailed with massive cascading ruffled tiers.
