DESIGNER NOTE//
Wrap maxi dress with butterfly ruffle details from the shoulders to the bottom of the skirt. Accentuated at the waist with the wrap detail, with an illusion of a high-low bottom. This skirt is cut on the bias from 12 meters of Satin and finished with French seams, to finish this piece takes 9hrs of sewing time.
