DESIGN NOTE//
Bow neck midi dress with high-low skirt detail. This dress is cut on the bias and consumes 8.5 meters of hand-dyed 100% cotton voile fabric and takes 12 hours sewing time to create the voluminous effect of the cascading tiers. Finished with French seams.
