DESIGN NOTE//
Off the shoulder maxi dress with elastic neckline and full billowy sleeves. This dress consumes 8 meters of hand-dyed 100% rayon blend fabric and takes 7 hours of sewing time to create the voluminous effect of the multiple cascading tiers. Finished with French seams.
