DESIGNER NOTE
Cape-style short dress with Dolman sleeves with an adjustable cinched waistline. This dress is cut on the bias and consumes 8 meters of hand-dyed 100% rayon blend fabric and takes 12 hours of sewing time to create the floor-length silhouette.
