The little sister to our Harlow Flowing Dress, this piece is executed in a short silhouette and enhanced with puff sleeves to channel a feminine and casual flair providing the epitome of elegant simplicity.

DESIGN NOTE//

Off the shoulder short dress with elastic neckline and full billowy sleeves. This dress consumes 9.5 meters of hand-dyed cotton voile fabric and takes 12 hours of sewing time to create the voluminous effect of the multiple cascading tiers. Finished with French seams. *BELT SOLD SEPARATELY*

Only full-priced items can be returned. All returns must be requested within 5 days of receipt of goods.

All items must be in their original condition, meaning that:

• The tags are still intact;
• The items are in their original packaging; and
• The items have not been worn, altered, damaged, or washed

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be accepted at the sole discretion of Erika Peña.
